A confirmed Grand Theft Auto VI for PC has yet to be officially announced by Rockstar Games. Although GTA VI is confirmed to be a PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S game, there is still much unknown about a potential GTA 6 PC release date and system requirements.
Rockstar released an Extended Look of the game on August 27, and to date the GTA VI website still only lists PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S as the platforms for which GTA 6 can be pre-ordered. Also, in Rockstar Support’s latest platform information for the pre-order of GTA 6, it is stated that the game can be pre-ordered for the aforementioned consoles.
This does not mean that GTA 6 will not be released on PC.
Yes, Rockstar has a history of bringing their massive games to PC after the console release of the game, including Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2, both of which came to PC after their console releases with a plethora of additional graphical options and settings.
Their release schedule in the past for other titles does not constitute an official GTA 6 PC roadmap.

The Extended Look was released after months of anticipation and showcased additional in-game GTA 6 material.
Rockstar states that the presentation was captured entirely from in-game footage on PlayStation 5.

Could GTA 6 PC Release in 2027?
2027 seems to be a commonly tossed around release year for GTA 6 on PC, given the historical precedent of past Rockstar Games eventually porting to PC after initial console launch.
This however doesn’t mean Rockstar has officially confirmed a 2027 PC release for GTA 6.
Thus the 2027 date is merely conjecture on the basis of prior examples of the Studio’s big games having migrated from console to PC.
