Raul could also be taking an increased amount of danger as part of his entertainment, he’s gotten used to this sort of thing after years of pulling off heists and can’t get enough of the same sort of excitement from normal jobs.

It is not known whether or not the player will be able to choose the way in which the heist is to be conducted and the way in which the heist’s crews are to operate, such as in a selection of the heists from selected GTA 5 missions.

I couldn’t find any information from Rockstar Games about Raul and Jason Duval.
Jason has dealt with thugs and criminals in the past. For years before he enlisted in the Army he worked with local drug dealers down in the Leonida Keys.
His Army training will hopefully stand him well in trying to remain sane in the chaos of a robbery, and his involvement in less than desirable activity with local drug runners later in his life will hopefully give him some insight to the fact that not all jobs are going to go as planned.
Raul looks up to Jason because of his Army background and his subsequent career as a local drug runner.
Jason would initially have a high regard for Raul’s knowledge, but as the months went by and he saw more and more of the very reckless way in which he was operating, he would become increasingly worried. Jason would be thinking only of securing his future, in order to move on from his life of local crime and he would begin to see Raul’s methods as a liability.
This could pose a huge problem for the 2 men as Jason wouldn’t want a future similar to that of Raul’s and would be keen to avoid the increasingly risky robberies that Raul would look to participate in.

Raul Bautista and Lucia Caminos
Anther character from Rockstar Games’ video game Rockstar Games’ video game Rockstar Games’ video game Lucia Caminos could be another character that Raul would notice because of her determination, confidence and willingness to take calculated risks.
After leaving the Leonida Penitentiary Lucia is looking to make better choices, she’s not afraid of danger, but she doesn’t want to get caught doing something stupid that ends up with her returning to prison.
Raul’s early, high payout operations could draw her in to earn greater returns on her investment.
Caminos will probably be the first to notice the change that is taking place with the Rockstar crew. As Caminos is pursuing early and lucrative operations with his new crew of partners, the Rockstar crew’s new found excess of late is beginning to contrast markedly with her own more controlled approach to making smart decisions in order to keep her freedom.
This would be the first time in the Rockstar games history that someone is able to disagree with Raul and say it’s too risky and stop the heist.
Rockstar Games have yet to confirm if Caminos is joining Raul’s crew for a heist, if she rejects a plan set forth by Raul and goes off to do another heist with another character in the game.

Could Raul Plan the Score That Goes Wrong?
GTA 6’s official story confirms that an apparently easy score goes wrong and places Jason and Lucia inside a criminal conspiracy stretching across Leonida.
Because Raul is a professional bank robber and crew leader, some players believe he could be connected to that failed operation.
The theory is understandable, but Rockstar has not confirmed Raul as the planner of the central score.
The failed job could come from Raul, Brian Heder, another supporting character or someone Rockstar has not yet introduced.
Raul may instead become involved later, after Jason and Lucia are already trapped in the conspiracy and need an experienced criminal to help them complete a larger operation.

This tension could play out within the crew where one of the protagonists is completely on board with Raul and the other is completely against Raul’s actions and wants to leave with him.
